What devices does Bloom support?

Bloom works in any browser — on your phone, tablet, or desktop. No app download needed. On iPhone, you can add Bloom to your home screen for an app-like experience: open bloomsupportapp.com.au in Safari, tap the share icon, and select Add to Home Screen. Android users can do the same through Chrome. It works beautifully on any device, anywhere.

Can my kids use it too?

Bloom is designed for parents only — it's your private record-keeping space, not something your children log into. Within the Family Log, you can record each child's overall mood and emotions for the day based on your own observations. It's a simple way to notice patterns over time and keep a dated record of how your children were doing — all from your perspective, all private to you.

How is my data safely and securely stored?

Bloom operates on Lovable Cloud infrastructure, which holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 certifications. Compliance details are available at trust.lovable.dev. Bloom complies with GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
