The To-Do list is a sub-category of Life Admin — a single, plain list of every open loop in your life, from Centrelink forms to "call the school" to "pay the orthodontist invoice."
Where to find it Open Bloom → **Life Admin** → **To-Do**.
What it does
- Capture any task in seconds — title, optional due date, optional notes.
- Group tasks by category (Centrelink, school, medical, finance, legal, household).
- Set due dates so anything overdue is flagged.
- Tick to complete; completed items move to history but stay searchable.
How it surfaces on Life Admin
The to-dos due soonest — and anything overdue — appear automatically on the Life Admin home dashboard. You can quick-tick items complete from the dashboard without opening the full list.
Why use it
- Working memory is precious. Every task you're holding in your head is a tax on your attention. Get them out and onto a list.
- Visibility on overdue items. Single-parent life means dozens of micro-tasks; one missed Centrelink form can cascade. Overdue flagging stops that.
- One list, not five. Phone notes, sticky pads, the back of an envelope, three apps — one list ends the hunt.
How to use it well
- Capture the moment a task arrives. Don't trust yourself to remember it.
- Add a due date if there's a real deadline. Otherwise leave it open.
- Review the Life Admin dashboard daily — it surfaces the next items so you don't have to dig.
- Don't groom the list for hours. A messy list you actually use beats a perfect list you don't.
