The Documents sub-category in Life Admin is your private filing cabinet — every important PDF, letter, photo and form, stored in one place and findable in seconds.
Where to find it Open Bloom → **Life Admin** → **Documents**.
What to store
- Court orders and parenting plans
- Centrelink letters, statements and decisions
- Child support assessments and notices
- Medicare and private health correspondence
- Medical records, scripts, referrals, immunisation records
- School reports, enrolment forms, NAPLAN results
- Tax returns and notices of assessment
- Lease agreements, insurance policies
- Receipts for shared expenses (mirrors what's in the Finance Hub)
- Legal correspondence
How it works
- Upload PDFs, images or scans straight from your phone.
- Organise into folders (Court, Centrelink, Medical, School, Finance, Legal).
- Search by name, folder, or date.
- Recently added documents surface on the Life Admin home dashboard.
Why it matters
- Things vanish. Letters get lost in piles, emails get buried, phones get replaced. A dedicated, backed-up store is the only thing that actually survives.
- Disputes need evidence. Court orders, signed parenting plans, Centrelink determinations — the only useful version is the one you can find when you need it.
- Single point of truth. "Where's the latest court order?" becomes a 5-second answer, not a 30-minute hunt.
Privacy
Your Documents are private to your account. They aren't shared with the other parent, Services Australia, or anyone else unless you choose to export and send a file.
How to use it well
- Scan letters the moment they arrive — phone camera is fine.
- Use folder names you'll actually recognise in two years.
- When something is superseded (new court order, updated parenting plan), keep both and label the old one "superseded."
- Don't store passwords or banking details here — use a dedicated password manager.
